ABOUT ME
My Training
I trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy, an evidence-based approach combining elements of person-centred, Gestalt and existential therapies. This approach lays emphasis on the underlying emotional patterns which guide our thoughts and behaviours.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). My directory entry can be found here.

My Experience
My counselling experience includes work with the charities Seren and New Pathways as well as Cruse and the NHS Bereavement Service. Through this work I have experience of working with clients experiencing the following:
